Crane reel set is mainly composed of reel, reel shaft, gear disk receiver (or large gear), reel hub, bearing body and bearing.
Reel processing materials are generally used not less than HT20-40 cast iron, special needs available ZG25, ZG35 cast steel or Q235B, Q345B steel plate welding.
If the lifting height is larger, in order to reduce the size of the reel, the surface with guide spiral groove or smooth reel for multi-layer winding, but the wire rope wear faster, suitable for slow and work type is lighter, lower tonnage crane. Steel plate reel set is mainly suitable for large tonnage, high performance requirements of lifting machinery and equipment.
Q235B or Q345B plate material → rolled barrel and welded longitudinal welds → inspection barrel longitudinal welds and geometric dimensions (diameter, length, inside diameter oval tolerance, etc.), for large-diameter barrel according to the process procedures plus welding process tension → machined barrel ring bevel, the process requires roughing the outer circle of the barrel to process its outer circle → barrel extension welding (i.e., girth welding). For both ends of the cylinder body need to add welding process tension bar in accordance with the provisions of the process regulations, and test the quality of the ring seam welding and machining allowance → cylinder body length of fixed length processing and both ends of the stop or bevel processing → welding cylinder end flange plate, shaft, internal support ring, etc.
