Rubber Tyre Gantry Cranes(RTG) are special equipments to remove, load and unload international standard containers. It has the advantage of high production efficiency and fine maneuverability, also the small sensibility to
unevenness of the ground. RTG has tractor trolley and standard trolley two models. RTG is powered by cable drum. At the same time, diesel generating set is equipped for conditions when the power is off or the crane moves to another yard.

Rubber tyre Container Crane Features:

1,The power source is three-phase alternating current, rated frequency is 50HZ, rated voltage is 380V.
2,The working environment temperature ranges from -20ºC to +45ºC and the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew).
3,In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.
4,The gradient of crane traveling floor should be less than 1% and part of that should be no more than 3%.
5,The crane which has the special requirement for working conditions, can be manufactured following the contracts.

According to the general rules of products, components, it forms the hoisting mechanism modeule, trolley traction mechanism module, trolley assembly module, steel structure module, founction module, general module and etc. The standard module production ensures product stability of quality and shortens the delivery cycle.

Advanced Manufacturing Technology:
Steel shot blasting pretreatment, the surface quality reaches Sa 2.5 grade.
Crane wheel and wheel shaft through the high frequency quenching and tempering treatment, it eliminates the internal stress and ensures the machining accuracy. the use of welding robot, the main girder inseam weld by advanced MAG welding. The main girder welding adopts radiographic testing and ultrasonic testing to ensure the welding quality.

High Reliability:
The motor and ruducer are imported from domestic famous brands with industry reconnition, quality assurance. It has reliable quality.
The main electrical components is from the selection of Schneidar, Siemens, ABB and other international well-known brands, the protection degree electronic control box is less than IP54.
