Overview of wheelsets.
The wheelset is the device used to support the crane and load, and to make the crane run on the track in reciprocating motion. Quenching treatment for wheel sets.

Wheel set maintenance maintenance.
The tread surface of the wheel should not have dents, trachoma, porosity, shrinkage, cracks, chipping and other defects, found that can not be welded, should be replaced in a timely manner with new wheels.
If there are pockmarks on the tread surface, when the wheel diameter ≤ 500mm, the diameter of pockmarks ≤ 1mm; when the wheel diameter > 500mm, the diameter of pockmarks ≤ 1.5mm, and the depth are ≤ 3mm and not more than 5 places, can continue to use.
When the relative wear difference between the two active wheel diameters exceeds 1‰ of the diameter, it should be heavily machined into the same diameter, and its tolerance should be no less than D6. Damage to the rolling bearing in the angular bearing box is also common, mostly due to improper assembly or lubrication.
