Product Feature :

The power and speed control parts on the cable drum are undertaken by the torque motor, which has unique electrical and mechanical characteristics. The speed regulation range of the motor is wide and it has soft mechanical characteristics. When the load changes, the working speed of the motor also changes correspondingly, that is, the load increases while the speed decreases. Moreover, the motor can run stably for a long time at any point on the mechanical characteristic curve of its torque and speed, so that the cable can obtain the appropriate winding speed and tension on the corresponding radius of the reel.

1. Winding cable

Take the output torque of the cable motor as the power, and drive the reel to collect the cable through the deceleration part.

2. Releasing cable

Release the output torque of the cable motor as the blocking force to prevent the cable from rapidly pulling the reel, thus ensuring the synchronism of the cable release.

3. Stopping

When the motor is stopped, it is equipped with disc type normally closed brake for a long time, which can ensure that when the motor is cut off, the cable will not fall off the reel due to gravity.
